Initial Assessment
The initial assessment is a 50-minute session designed to help us get to know one another and explore what is bringing you to therapy. This is an opportunity for you to share your concerns, goals, and any relevant background information at a pace that feels comfortable.
During this session, we will discuss your current challenges, personal history, supports, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I may ask thoughtful questions to better understand patterns, stressors, and strengths in your life. Together, we will begin identifying goals and determine whether we are a good fit to work collaboratively moving forward.
You’re welcome to ask questions about the therapeutic process, my approach, or anything else that feels important. My aim is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental from the very first session.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a dedicated 50-minute session focused entirely on you — your experiences, your goals, and your growth. It is a confidential space where you can explore thoughts, emotions, patterns, and challenges with the support of a trained psychotherapist.
In our work together, we may explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, burnout, or feeling stuck. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Some days may focus on processing emotions, while others may be more skills-based and goal-oriented.
Individual therapy offers time to slow down, reflect, and gain insight. Over time, it can help you build healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. A free 15-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to briefly connect and see if working together feels like the right fit.
During this call, you can share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and learn more about how I support clients. I’ll also explain what the therapy process looks like and how we might work towards your goals.
This conversation is informal and pressure-free. If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about next steps and booking your first session. If not, I’m happy to help point you in the direction of other resources that may better support your needs.
